We have a 6' wide swath of rock on three sides of the back yard. The rocks have become full of dirt and rotting leaves and that just invites weeds. Picking the leaves out manually is impossible. I bought this version because it has a mulcher. I blow the dirt and leaves out into the grass, then flip the handle for the vacuum and suck up just the leaves.

It chopped them up into nice little pieces which I then spread out onto the garden. The trees here are pretty small - so not many leaves yet, but I can see where this will be nice for years to come. It is pretty noisy - you should use ear protection.

You neighbors might not be too happy with you either. You also should buy a nice long heavy outdoor power cord as well.

Only potential issue with the TriVac is the fact the impellar is made of plastic so I do not suspect it will last long because I will inevitably vacuum up some dirt and small stones with it and those will chew up that plastic. Other than that, it is a powerful blower and it not too heavy to lift and hold onto for a while.
